Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap IV Tahun 2016
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap IV Tahun 2016. Total size of the bond offered is IDR3,172,000,000,000 and total Sukuk offered is IDR288,000,000,000.
Bond consists of five series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.00% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.60% per annum;
- Series D with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 9.00% per annum; and
- Series E with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 9.15% per annum.
Sukuk Ijarah consists of four series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to IDR12,225,000,000 per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years with yield equivalent to IDR4,880,000,000 per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years with yield equivalent to IDR860,000,000 per annum; and
- Series D with maturity period of 10 years with yield equivalent to IDR4,941,000,000 per annum
Offering period was on August 29th, 2016 and August 30th, 2016. Distribution date is on September 2nd, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on September 5th, 2016.
