Previously Head of Investment Banking of PT OSK Nusadana Securities Indonesia (2006-2012), Corporate Finance Advisor of the Lippo Group (2000-2004), Division Head of the Asset Management Investment division of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (1998-2000), Finance Director of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (1997-1998) and Vice President of Citibank Jakarta (1990-1997). Commissioner of PT Berlina Tbk (2005-2009), PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (2003-2008), PT Astra International Tbk (2000) and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (1999-2000).
Mardy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Pittsburgh, Pennsyvania, USA (1989) and Bachelor of Science in Finance from California University of Hayward, California, USA (1987)

Darwin Yuwono holds CFA from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts,Charlottesville ,USA (2002),Master of Science in Enginering Management from Portland State University,USA (1990 ) and Bachelor of Electronic & Telecommunication from Trisakti University ,Jakarta (1988).
Apppointed as Independet Commisioner of BCA Sekuritas in 2018. Currently appointed as President Commisioner of PT Dayalima Abisatya (2012) and Independent Commisioner of PT PPA Finance ( 2018 ). Head of Corporate Finance
Appointed as Head of Corporate Finance of BCA Sekuritas in 2012 with the responsibility of heading up the Corporate Finance division. Isna has over fifteen years experience in capital market industry. Previously in Investment Banking division of PT OSK Nusadana Capital Indonesia (2007 – 2012), and Corporate Finance as well as Financial Advisor in various local houses (1997 – 2006).
Isna holds Master of Business Administration degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (1996) and Bachelor of Science in Statistics, from Bogor Institute of Agriculture, Indonesia (1994).
Irwan
Head of Operations
Appointed as Head of Operation of BCA Sekuritas in 2013 with the responsibility of heading up the Operations division. Irwan has over twenty years experience in financial and capital market industry. Previously Head of Operation division of PT Trimegah Securities Tbk (1999-2012), PT Raya Saham Registra (1993-1999).
Irwan holds Magister of Management degree from Persada Indonesia Y.A.I University , Indonesia (2009).
