Obligasi dan Sukuk Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap III Tahun 2015
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi dan Sukuk Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap III Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is IDR794,000,000,000 and the Sukuk is IDR106,000,000,000.
Bond consists of four series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 10.009% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 10.25% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 10.60% per annum; and
- Series D with maturitu period of 10 years and coupon rate of 11.20% per annum.
Sukuk consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 3 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR6,890,000,000 per annum; and
- Series B with maturity period of 10 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR4,592,000,000 per annum;
Offering period was on December 4th, 2015. Distribution date is on December 8th, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on December 10th, 2015.
