Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Astra Sedaya Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2018 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Astra Sedaya Finance Tahap I Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Astra Sedaya Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2018 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Astra Sedaya Finance Tahap I Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,120,000,000,000 and total Sukuk offered is IDR500,000,000,000. Bond consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.10% per annum; and
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum;
Sukuk Mudharabah consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to 6.10% per annum; and
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years with yield equivalent to 7.50% per annum;
Offering period was on May 22nd, 2018. Distribution date is on May 25th, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 28th, 2018.
