PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi I OTO Multiartha Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely :

 

Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.35% per annum; 

Series B with maturity period of 36 months and coupon rate of 8.40% per annum; and

Series C with maturity period of 60 months and coupon rate of 8.90% per annum.

 

Offering period strated on May 23rd, 2017 until May 24th, 2017. Distribution date is on May 30th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 31st, 2017.
