Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah I Angkasa Pura I Tahun 2016
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah I Angkasa Pura I Tahun 2016. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,500,000,000,000 and total Sukuk offered is IDR500,000,000,000.
Bond consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.10% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.40% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.55% per annum;
Sukuk Ijarah consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to IDR21,708,000,000 per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years with yield equivalent to IDR4,620,000,000 per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years with yield equivalent to IDR15,133,500,000 per annum; and
Offering period strated on November 14th, 2016 until November 17th, 2016. Distribution date is on November 22nd, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on November 23rd, 2016.
