Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap II Tahun 2017

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap II Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,720,000,000,000 and total Sukuk offered is IDR700,000,000,000. Bond consists of five series, namely:
•    Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.15% per annum;
•    Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.45% per annum;
•    Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 7.65% per annum;
•    Series D with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 7.95% per annum; and
•    Series E with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.65% per annum.
Sukuk Ijarah consists of five series, namely:
•    Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to IDR13,530,000,000 per annum;
•    Series B with maturity period of 3 years with yield equivalent to IDR19,370,000,000 per annum; and
•    Series C with maturity period of 5 years with yield equivalent to IDR1,071,500,000 per annum;
•    Series D with maturity period of 7 years with yield equivalent to IDR1,033,500,000 per annum; and
•    Series E with maturity period of 10 years with yield equivalent to IDR16,694,500,000 per annum.
Offering period was on November 3th, 2017 until November 6th, 2017. Distribution date is on November 9th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on November 10th, 2017.
