Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap I Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap I Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,700,000,000,000 and total Sukuk offered is IDR300,000,000,000.
Bond consists of five series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.00% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.15% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.55% per annum;
- Series D with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.90% per annum; and
- Series E with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 9.25% per annum.
Sukuk Ijarah consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to IDR1,190,000,000 per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years with yield equivalent to IDR13,680,000,000 per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years with yield equivalent to IDR5,827,500,000 per annum;
Offering period was on May 26th, 2017. Distribution date is on May 31st, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on June 2nd, 2017.
