Obligasi Berkelanjutan Indonesia Eximbank III Tahap I Tahun 2016
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank OCBC NISP Tahap I Tahun 2016 Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap. Total size of the bond offered is IDR4,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.20% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.70% per annum.
Offering period started on June 1st, 2016 until June 3rd, 2016. Distribution date is on June 8th, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on June 9th, 2016.
