Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Bank BTN Tahap I Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Bank BTN Tahap I Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR5,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of four series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.30% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.50% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.70% per annum; and
- Series D with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.90% per annum.
Offering period strated on July 4th, 2017 until July 10th, 2017. Distribution date is on July 13th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on July 14th, 2017.
