Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Adira Finance Tahap IV Tahun 2017 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Adira Finance Tahap III Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Adira Finance Tahap IV Tahun 2017 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Adira Finance Tahap III Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,014,000,000,000 and the Sukuk is IDR386,000,000,000.
Bond consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with coupon rate of 7.50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of three years with coupon rate of 8.60% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of five years with coupon rate of 8.90% per annum.
Sukuk consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and the yield is equivalent to 7.50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of three years and the yield is equivalent to 8.60% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of five years and the yield is equivalent to 8.90% per annum.
Offering period was on March 16th, 2017 until on March 17th, 2017. Distribution date is on March 22th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on March 23th, 2017.
