Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Adira Finance Tahap IV Tahun 2016 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Adira Finance
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Adira Finance Tahap IV Tahun 2016 dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Adira Finance. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,101,000,000,000. Total size of Sukuk offered is IDR86,000,000,000.
Bond consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.90% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 36 months and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 60 months and coupon rate of 9.25% per annum.
Sukuk Mudharabah consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days with yield equivalent to 7.90% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 36 months with yield equivalent to 8.75% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 60 months with yield equivalent to 9.25% per annum.
Offering period was on July, 20th, 2016. Distribution date is on July 26th, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on July 27th, 2016.
