Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Tahap III Tahun 2017

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Tahap III Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely:
•    Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.20% per annum;
•    Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum; and
•    Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 7.75% per annum.
Offering period was on October 27th, 2017 and October 30th, 2017. Distribution date is on November 2nd, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on November 3rd, 2017.
