Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BTN Tahap I Tahun 2015

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BTN Tahap I Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is up to IDR 3,000,000,000,000 and consists of four series, namely:

• Series A with maturity period of 3 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.20% - 9.45% per annum;
• Series B with maturity period of 5 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.35% - 9.60% per annum;
• Series C with maturity period of 7 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.50% - 9.75% per annum; and
• Series D with maturity period of 10 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.65% - 9.90% per annum.

Bookbuilding period started on June 09, 2015 until June 18, 2015. Distribution date of the bond is expected on July 07, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on July 08, 2015.
