Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR5,100,000,000,000. Bond consists of four series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.20% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.10% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.30% per annum; and
- Series D with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.80% per annum.
Offering period was on April 5th, 2017 and April 6th, 2017. Distribution date is on April 11th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on April 12th, 2017.
