Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap I Tahun 2016
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap I Tahun 2016. Total size of the bond offered is IDR4,600,000,000,000. Bond consists of five series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.25% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.00% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.20% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.65% per annum.
Offering period started on November 23rd, 2016 until November 28th, 2016. Distribution date is on December 1st, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on December 2nd, 2016.
