Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Serasi Autoraya Tahap I Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Serasi Autoraya Tahap I Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR500,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.10% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.75% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.35% per annum; and
Offering period was on April 23rd, 2018 until April 24th, 2018. Distribution date is on April 27th, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on April 30th, 2018.
