Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Tahap II Tahun 2017

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Tahap II Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR7,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely:
•    Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.15% per annum;
•    Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.40% per annum; and
•    Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 7.60% per annum.
Offering period was on November 7th, 2017 until November 10th, 2017. Distribution date is on November 15th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on November 16th, 2017.
