Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Bank Mandiri Tahap II Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi I OTO Multiartha Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of four series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.00% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.50% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.65% per annum; and
- Series D with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.80% per annum.
Offering period strated on June 9th, 2017 until June 12th, 2017. Distribution date is on June 12th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on June 16th, 2017.
