Individual Account Opening

1. Fill completely and sign Individual Account Opening Form for all type of account
2. Fill completely and sign Individual Investor Settlement Account Form for all type of account
3. Fill completely and sign Addendum Online Trading for clients using Online Trading Platform
4. Fill completely and sign Stock Saving Account Opening Form for clients who like to open Stock Saving Plan Account
5. Enclose copy of ID Card for Indonesia citizen, or KITAS or Passport for foreigner
6. Enclose copy of Tax Payer Identification Number ( NPWP ).Those without NPWP must submit additional letter.
7. Enclose copy of bank statement under the name of the applicant. If the name in the bank account is different from ID Card must submit statement of different name

Data Renewal

1. Fill completely and sign Individual Renewal Data Form .
2. Enclose copy of ID Card of customer for Indonesia citizen, or KITAS or Passport for foreigner.
3. If the client wants to change client's bank account , the client has to enclose copy of account book front page.
