    PT BCA Sekuritas (BCAS) is committed to making the principles of Corporate Governance a culture in managing the Company which leads to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the Company.

    Risk Management

    In conducting its business activities and functions as a supporting entity in the Indonesian Capital Market, BCAS adopts the principles of good corporate governance (GCG). One component of the GCG is the Enterprise Risk Management Implementation. BCAS has a Risk Management Policies as a reference in implementing Risk Management in any activity in the Company.

    The Basic Risk Management Policy of BCAS is formulated in relevant to the applicable regulations that including:

    1. Comprehensive risk management strategy and framework;
    2. The principle of prudence;
    3. Adequate capital provision;
    4. Compliance with statutory regulations;
    5. An early detection system;
    6. Risk identification and diversification;
    7. Risk measurement, monitoring, and control;
    8. Determining risk limits and establishing risk tolerance;
    9. Developing emergency plans for worst-case scenarios; and
    10. Transparency and a culture of risk awareness.

    The Basic Risk Management Policy of BCAS is including the guidelines for implementing risk management per type of risks, consisting of, operational risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, compliance risk, legal risk, reuptake risk, strategic risk, and intra-group risk.
