General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) represents the highest level of authority in the Company’s organizational structure. GMS is a place for shareholders to make important decisions related to the Company. Moreover, GMS is also a means for the Shareholders to know and evaluate the Company’s activity and management. BCA Sekuritas has held an Annual GMS for Financial Year of 2023 on February 28 2024. The resolutions of the Annual GMS included the approval and ratification of the Company's Annual Report (financial reports, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners' reports), the use of Company profits, the determination of salaries, honorariums, and allowances for Members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, and provide the authority for the Board of Commissioners to appoint a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), including a Public Accountant, to audit the Company's books and records for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
