    PT BCA Sekuritas (BCAS) is committed to making the principles of Corporate Governance a culture in managing the Company which leads to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the Company.

    Code of Ethics

    In carrying out its business activities, BCA Sekuritas seeks to apply the code of conduct and corporate culture at all levels of the organization. The Board of Directors establishes the guidelines of the BCA Sekuritas Employee Code of Ethics as a supporting tool that can be used to regulate ethics in behavior both in the BCA Sekuritas and outside the corporate environment by maintaining the good name of the company both organization and individually. Code of Ethics Guidelines for BCA Sekuritas employees, consisting of: 

    1. Complied with prevailing laws and regulations;
    2. Maintaining good names and securing company assets;
    3. Maintaining the confidentiality of Customer's data or the confidentiality of other information;
    4. Maintaining a conflict of interest between personal interests with the company and the Customer;
    5. Recording all transactions correctly in according with the applicable provisions;
    6. Maintaining a harmonious and conducive work environment and foster healthy working relationships and relationships;
    7. Not to abuse his position and authority for personal and family interests;
    8. Maintaining the company's image in general and the image of the profession in particular, by not taking actions or actions that can harm the good name and image of BCA Sekuritas;
    9. Keep away from all forms of gambling or speculative actions and behave unethically or unnaturally;
    10. Continuously improved insight and knowledge by following developments in the business world in general and the securities industry in particular.

    Code of Ethics Guidelines of PT BCA Sekuritas including:

    • Corporate values;
    • Principles for carrying out the duties of all PT BCA Securities employees, including policies related to conflicts of interest;
    • Code of ethics for customer protections;
    • Reporting and handling of violations, as well as sanctions for violations of the code of ethics.
