Southeast Asia has around 100 GW of gas-fired power capacity under development, alongside approximately 70 GW of LNG import infrastructure. MGLV and its subsidiaries, PT Nextier Askara Center (NAC) and PT Nextier GenAI Center (NGC), secured credit facilities from BNI with a combined maximum limit of IDR 10.75 tn to finance data center expansion. NAC received a facility of up to IDR 4.13 tn to partly acquire a data center facility in Jababeka, Cikarang and expand JababekaDC by 36 MW to 42 MW, while NGC received up to IDR 6.63 tn to partly finance the construction of BatangDC with capacity of up to 60 MW. The facilities carry interest of 90-day Compounded IndONIA + 1.9%, with tenors of up to six and seven years for NAC and NGC, respectively, while MGLV provided corporate guarantees for both facilities.
