Buma Secures Rp107.8 Trillion Contract Extension from Bayan Group Subsidiary

IQPlus, (29/10) - PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), the main subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group, IDX: DOID) announced its success in obtaining a long-term contract extension with PT Indonesia Pratama (IPR), a subsidiary of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (Bayan Group).
The signing of the amendment to this agreement was carried out on October 23, 2024. The contract extension period lasts for 11 years, from 2024 to 2035, and will make a major contribution to BUMA's revenue of IDR 107.8 trillion or around USD 7.8 billion.
This agreement includes a significant increase in overburden removal of up to 1.827 billion bcm, as well as an increase in coal production of up to 465 million tons during the contract period.
