US PPI Prices Rose 0.7% MoM in Feb-26
US PPI prices rose 0.7% month-over-month in Feb-26 (vs Jan-26: 0.5%), above forecasts of 0.3%, marking the biggest increase in seven months. Goods prices soared 1.1%—the most since Aug-23— led by a 48.9% jump in fresh and dry vegetable prices. The indexes for diesel fuel, chicken eggs, gasoline, jet fuel, and tobacco products also rose.
