Obligasi I Bank UOB Indonesia Tahun 2015

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi I Bank UOB Indonesia Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is up to IDR1,500,000,000,000, consists of three series, namely:

• Series A with maturity period of 370 days and indicative coupon rate of 8.60% - 9.00% per annum;
• Series B with maturity period of 3 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.40% - 9.80% per annum; and
• Series C with maturity period of 5 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.60% - 10.00% per annum.

Bookbuilding period started on February 24, 2015 until March 10, 2015. Distribution date of the bond is expected on March 31, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on April 01, 2015.
