Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap II Tahun 2015
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Indosat Tahap II Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,684,000,000,000 and the Sukuk is IDR416,000,000,000.
Bond consists of five series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 8.55% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 9.25% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 10.00% per annum;
- Series D with maturitu period of 7 years and coupon rate of 10.20% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 10.40% per annum.
Sukuk consists of five series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and the yield is equivalent to IDR4,702,500,000 per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR7,030,000,000 per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR6,700,000,000 per annum;
- Series D with maturity period of 7 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR4,407,500,000 per annum; and
- Series E with maturity period of 10 years and the yield is equivalent to IDR18,200,000,000 per annum
Offering period started on May 28th, 2015 until May 29th, 2015. Distribution date is on June 4th, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on June 5th, 2015.
