PT BCAS Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Summarecon Agung Tahap II Tahun 2014 and Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Summarecon Agung Tahap II Tahun 2014. Total size of the bond offered is IDR800,000,000,000 and the sukuk is IDR300,000,000,000, with each of the securities has maturity period of five years. The bond interest rate is equal to 11.50% per annum, whereas the yield of the sukuk is equivalent to the interest rate of the bond. The bond and sukuk were issued on 10 October 2014 with listing date at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 13 October 2014.
