Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Mandala Multifinance Tahap I Tahun 2015
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Mandala Multifinance Tahap I Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is IDR500,000,000,000, consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 10,50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 24 months and coupon rate of 11,00% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 36 months and coupon rate of 11,50% per annum
Offering period is on May 5th, 2015. Distribution date is on May 8th, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 11th, 2015.
