PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank OCBC NISP Tahap I Tahun 2016 Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 2 years and coupon rate of 8.00% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.25% per annum.
Offering period started on May 3rd, 2016 until May 4th, 2016. Distribution date is on May 11th, 2016 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 12th, 2016.
