Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap IV Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank BRI Tahap IV Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,442,000.000,000. Bond consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 6.65% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 6.90% per annum; and
Offering period was on February 14th, 2017 and February 15th, 2018. Distribution date is on February 21st, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on February 22nd, 2018.
