Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tahap II Tahun 2015

PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for the issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tahap II Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is up to IDR500,000,000,000, consists of two series, namely:

• Series A with maturity period of 3 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.5% - 9.8% per annum; and
• Series B with maturity period of 5 years and indicative coupon rate of 9.8% - 10.1% per annum.

Bookbuilding period started on March 30, 2015 until April 13, 2015. Distribution date of the bond is expected on May 08, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 11, 2015.
